2. CSR Fibermesh Wirefaced Flexible Blankets

This products in the Fibermesh range are highly flexible rockwool blankets for insulating large pipes, vessels, tanks, and flat surfaces where high degree of flexibility or vibration resistance is required. Each Blankets is supplied with hexagonal wire mesh facing applied in the factory.

Fibermesh products are easily installed by impaling the blankets on weld pins (with the mesh facing outwards) and securing with speed clips, The mesh joins may be laced together for extra strength if desired.

3. Fibertex Pipe Insulation

Fibertex pipe insulation is a moulded insulation for all types of hot and cold pipework applications. The outer surface is ground smooth to ensure that the correct insulation thickness is achieved. Fibertex pipe insulation is easily installed by opening the horizontal slit and springing the pipe section into position over the pipe. The section is then retained in place with either wire or metal bands and protected with mastic, metal or other suitable covering.

Fibertex pipe insulation is supplied in 1.2 metre lenghts. The I.D. range of pipe sizes is available is 15mm to 812mm pipe. (I.D.)

4. Fibertex Loose Insulation

Fibertex Loose is used as an insulating in packing valve boxes, oven and other spaces where it is not practical to use a bonded product.

Fibertex Loose CR is a specially manufactured loose wool for Cryogenic applications requiring low levels of organic materials.

Fibertex Spraywool is loose wool which has been specially formulated to be used as an ingredient in sprayed fire protection system.
